AsiaEdit Author Success Webinar 8How To Widely Share Your Research Data

15 February 2022 | AsiaEdit

About the webinar

Publishing research and sharing research data as widely as possible are part of the social responsibility of a researcher. By making a study’s data publicly available, you allow others to use and build on your findings, while contributing to Open Research (Open Science) to promote global research transparency, accessibility, and collaboration. Publishing your data online and/or in peer-reviewed data journals also increases recognition and credit for your research outputs. This webinar will offer advice on key ethical and practical considerations when making your research datasets available to other researchers worldwide.

This webinar covers:

1. Data accessibility and ethics of data sharing
2. Complying with journal data sharing policies
3. Tips for publishing data in repositories and journals
