On 22nd May 2019 AH Editing relaunched as AsiaEdit, a name we feel much better reflects the majority of our client base and our future ambitions, as well having more impact! There is no change in the management team.
Armstrong-Hilton Limited, still the registered name, was founded in the early 1990s. As business expanded, the editing service became known as AH Editing, as it was shorter and easier for all to communicate both in writing and verbally.
In the last couple of years, with Armstrong-Hilton Limited now only being used administratively, the meaning of “AH” was increasingly lost on many clients, and we started to question the appropriateness of “AH Editing”.
So today is born AsiaEdit. It’s a name that we feel is lively and impactful, speaks to our customer focus and provides clarity to the services that we offer. For old clients and new, we hope you are as excited as we are!
In further news, in late Q2 we will also Beta test the new IT system that we have been working on since Q3 2018 and we expect to launch in Q3 2019. The system will handle files with much greater efficiency, provide a range of better service experiences for customers, and improve the matching of papers with expert editors through powerful new algorithms.
We are currently undertaking a large recruitment drive to take full advantage of these new capabilities.
