Following his bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Canterbury, Peter has worked as a generalist and specialist editor on a wide variety of publications since 1997, including seven years at Dove Medical Press, where he edited and managed production of several thousand manuscripts in the biosciences as the publisher grew its stable from five journals to 131. Amid all that, Peter obtained two master’s degrees in Literary Theory/Poetics (1st Class) and Creative Writing from Auckland University.
