Felix Sebastian has been with AsiaEdit since 2020 in multifaceted roles involving editing, marketing, operations, and strategy, and brings over a decade of experience in the academic language solutions industry in various capacities.

Felix works closely with AsiaEdit’s leadership team to strengthen the company’s core services, introduce new services, expand outside of the company’s traditional geographies, and oversee the development and execution of the company’s strategic plans.

Tracy is a seasoned office manager having worked for over a decade at AsiaEdit. She oversees the accounts and administration and has exceptional organizational skills. Tracy’s passions include reading, watching movies, expressing her creativity through painting, exploring new technologies, and traveling to discover new cultures.

She shares her home with a beloved cat and turtle. Tracy’s commitment to her work and her hobbies make her a well-rounded and valued member of the team.

With 6 years working in each of the Philippines, Australia and Qatar; and having studied in a Mandarin school, James is a well-travelled global citizen with a Bachelor’s in commerce and fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. By combining his excellent language and communication skills with over 10 years of experience in delivering exceptional customer service, James ensures that every customer interaction at AsiaEdit turns to customer delight.
