Amanda has a PhD in economic history and public policy from the University of Melbourne, Australia. She has worked for 15+ years in a range of positions providing policy analysis and advice within government in Victoria and Queensland, Australia, as well as for private consulting firms. She has also worked as a freelance academic editor for over 15 years before joining AsiaEdit. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys photography, reading, coffee, long walks in nature (when she can!), and spending time with her children.
