Sruthi has a PhD in Biology from the National Centre for Biological Sciences, India, where she worked on visual signalling in fruitflies. She hung up her pipette for the pen in 2019 and has since worked as a freelance scientific editor and science writer. When she’s not at the keyboard, you can usually find her haunting library racks or taking her dog for a walk.
