Bryan 在大學主修量化經濟學和國際研究。他從芝加哥大學獲得了國際關係碩士學位，專注於博弈論、政治哲學、發展以及東亞研究。
2016年，他搬到台北，開始了他的學術編輯和編輯品質保證的職業生涯。2023年，他回到美國本土。除了編輯工作，Bryan 也擔任過教育者和研究顧問。他大部分的空閒時間都在健身房流汗。Bryan 喜歡玩酒吧競猜遊戲，但現在他更喜歡自己寫酒吧競猜題目並主持遊戲。在剩餘的空閒時間，你可能會發現他在烹飪、玩電腦遊戲、學習語言或是補眠。
