For almost 20 years, AsiaEdit has ensured that students at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University have access to clear and concise information in their prospectuses. Starting with the final hardcopy prospectuses in 2003-4, we took on the challenge of adapting to and integrating our workflow with the PolyU Academic Secretariat’s content management system the following year. Since then, we’ve worked on the full-time, part-time and postgraduate prospectuses every year, helping to hone the writing style used and providing advice on grammar and usage that the Academic Secretariat has promulgated to the many contributing authors.
