Ruth holds an MSc in mathematical statistics and a B.Ed. in mathematics from the University of Nairobi, Kenya. She worked for more than ten years as a mathematics teacher before developing a remote career in various fields, including data analysis, content writing, curriculum development, and editing. Currently, she works remotely as a subject matter expert in mathematics and information technology with A Pass Education and an editor with AsiaEdit.

Away from work, Ruth enjoys programming, reading motivational literature, traveling, and container gardening.
