Cooperating With City University Of Hong Kong To Deliver Academic Writing Training For Their Postgraduate Students

22 October 2019

On 22nd October 2019 we were honoured to be invited to deliver an academic writing workshop, by the City University of Hong Kong, for their postgraduate students.

Ninety energetic young researchers filled the seminar room to learn practical tips from our COO and experienced trainer, Mr. Nick Case, to enhance the quality and impact of their academic writing. Participants actively engaged in the discussions and exercises on how to plan and structure their academic writing.

This preliminary workshop from our AsiaEdit Academy series tailored for university audiences, touched several important areas in academic writing in brief. AsiaEdit Academy distills our 25+ years’ experience editing academic documents for non-native English language users to develop a series of 90-minute workshops covering key academic writing skills and formats in detail.

If your university and department is interested in organising academic writing workshops for your early career researchers and postgraduate students, please check our Academic Writing Training page for details and contact us for further discussion.
