Nick 自1995 年以来一直在香港进行培训。他最初在香港中文大学专业进修学院开设英语交流课程，之后为各行各业的企业和政府组织开发定制课程。
近年来，Nick 与Mike Poole 博士合作设计了一系列工作坊，以帮助早期职业学者克服写作障碍，令更有效地在纸上表达自己的想法。
