Nick 自1995 年以来一直在香港进行培训。他最初在香港中文大学专业进修学院开设英语交流课程，之后为各行各业的企业和政府组织开发定制课程。
近年来，Nick 与Mike Poole 博士合作设计了一系列工作坊，以帮助早期职业学者克服写作障碍，令更有效地在纸上表达自己的想法。

Dr Trevor Lane是一名学术出版和教育顾问，同时他亦是出版伦理委员会当选理事之一。他有25年帮助作者在同行评审的学术期刊上发表研究成果的经验。
