我们会尽快审阅您的稿件，并因应稿件总字数及其原来的英文写作水平去确定我们实际所需要的润色工作量，从而定出精准的报价。在我们的正常办公时间内，我一般会在两个小时内以电邮回覆精准报价，而在非正常办公时间，我们亦会在5个小时之内回覆报价。
为免延误您的返稿时间，我们在周末及公众假期亦会处理报价及润色工作，但圣诞节当天、元旦日及农历大年初一除外。
