This is the third webinar in the Health Research Writing series.

In this webinar, you will learn how reporting guidelines help you remember every important detail when writing up a study. The generic EQUATOR guideline, suitable for all study types, is used as a guide to talk about the basic structure of a health research journal article.

The length of this webinar is about 30 minutes.

About the Series

In partnership with the EQUATOR Network at the University of Oxford, AsiaEdit hosted a series of four webinars to provide health researchers with proven tools for enhancing the quality and impact of their research publications. Practitioners from all areas of health research will learn simple but effective ways to communicate findings in formats appropriate to their target journals.

Dr. Jennifer de Beyer

Publication and Dissemination Specialist at the Centre for Statistics in Medicine (CSM), University of Oxford

Jennifer completed her BSc in Molecular and Cellular Biology and BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry at the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa, before reading for a DPhil in Systems Biology at the University of Oxford as a Clarendon and Commonwealth Scholar.

After leaving laboratory research she moved to her present post as Publication and Dissemination Specialist at the CSM, University of Oxford where she ensures research reaches its full potential through clear and complete writing that targets the right audience. Over the years, Jennifer has accumulated considerable experience in editing, science communication and research administration.
