AsiaEdit’s Meet the Editor interview series is back, now in video format! In this first interview, we talk to Dr Rachel Baron, Head of Training & Development and Managing Editor (Social Sciences). 

Dr Baron shares the story of how she got into academic editing and how that led her to her current role at AsiaEdit. She also takes you through her typical work day and shares her thoughts on many topics relevant to both current and aspiring academic editors, including remote working, skills essential for editors working on papers written by authors for whom English is not their first language, and health and wellness tips for editors.
